Barry Chiu is involved in Rockpoint’s western investment and asset management activities. Mr. Chiu is based in Rockpoint’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2021, Mr. Chiu worked at UBS AG in the Real Estate Finance group for two years. Mr. Chiu received a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance and Statistics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
