Brenda Firth has over 25 years of work experience in the financial industry. Brenda started their career at State Street in 1995, where they held various roles such as Portfolio Accountant, Senior Custody Specialist, Cash and Securities Account Manager, and Assistant Vice President in Investment Relations. In these positions, they managed teams, trained new hires, and oversaw client support services. In 2014, Brenda joined J.P. Morgan as an Alternative Investments & Wealth Services AVP, where they managed a team and was responsible for overseeing the processing of capital activity for client reporting purposes. Since 2015, they have been working at Rockland Trust as a Senior Construction Portfolio Manager and VP, where they manage the commercial construction loan portfolio and coordinates with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

Brenda Firth completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the School of Business Management at UMass Boston.
