Karmen Major is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Managing Director at EY, where responsibilities include leading transformation initiatives for Insurance and Banking clients at the intersection of technology and employee engagement. In addition to this role, Karmen Major acts as a Kansas City HR Board Member and has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Rockhurst University, specializing in Executive MBA coaching and innovation. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Deloitte as a Senior Manager, where Karmen Major was instrumental in the development of ServiceNow products for the U.S. market. Karmen Major also founded Leadership Reclaimed to support leader and team transformations and has taught courses related to organizational development and behavior at both Loyola University Chicago and DePaul University.
