Gina Speese serves as the Prospect Research and Analytics Manager at Rockhurst University since March 2010, focusing on identifying and analyzing major gift prospects and maintaining information on campaign initiatives. In addition, Gina co-chairs the Culture of Philanthropy Committee and the Anti-Racism Employee Resource Group, promoting cultural diversity and social equity within the university. Gina's extensive background includes roles such as Assistant Director of Annual Giving at Rockhurst University, Chair of the KC Chamber Centurion Alumni DEI Committee, and various volunteer positions with organizations like the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City and United Way. Gina holds a BS in Computer Science from Rockhurst University, obtained in 1983.
