Brett Jarvis has extensive experience in customer success and experience, currently serving as the VP of Customer Success and Experience at Rocketlane. Previously, Brett held the position of SVP of Customer Experience at Lucid and SVP of Customer Success at Solutionreach, Inc. In addition, Brett is an Executive Advisor at ChurnRX and a member of the Advisory Board at Fairstream. Brett holds a B.S. in Mathematical and Computational Science from Stanford University and an MBA in Business with a focus on Marketing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
