Paulina Jakubiuk is an experienced professional in account management and customer care, currently serving as a Key Account Manager at Rocket Jobs since July 2019, after initially holding the position of Customer Care Specialist at the same company. Prior to this role, Paulina worked as a Customer Care Specialist at Just Join IT from July 2019 to July 2021 and gained early experience as an intern at GE Power in July 2018, contributing to the commercial, quality, and financial departments. Paulina holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Gdansk, earned between 2019 and 2021, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the same institution, completed in 2019.
