Espen Skogen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Espen started their career as a Flex Developer at GDCM in 2008, followed by a role as a Flex Developer at Adobe Systems. In 2009, they worked as a Consultant at Lab49. From 2010 to 2011, they served as a Flex/Java Developer at UBS Investment Bank. In 2011, Espen joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an Executive Director, where they worked until 2016. During this time, they were also involved with The Apache Software Foundation as a Committer and PMC member. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as the Head of UI/UX Practice at Excelian | Luxoft Financial Services. In 2017, Espen joined RBC Capital Markets as a Director, FX technology, and later in 2018, they became the Chief Executive Officer at RocketFin, a financial services consultancy. Currently, Espen serves as a Solicitor at RF-Legal, offering corporate legal and compliance services.
