Susan Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer service across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Rocket Travel, Inc., a Booking Holdings Company since September 2021, Susan also holds the position of Leader of Business Automation at Bunge since November 2020. Prior to these roles, Susan was Vice President of Customer Service and Contracting at Bunge North America, Inc. from June 2016 to November 2020. Earlier in their career, Susan worked at Newell Rubbermaid, where responsibilities included Director of Customer Service and Director of ERP Project Leader between January 2004 and December 2013. Additionally, Susan served Jarden Consumer Solutions from January 1998 to December 2003, holding the titles of Master Black Belt and Manager of Consumer Service.
