Joseph Nemani has over 24 years of work experience in various technology leadership roles. Joseph is currently the Director of Engineering at Rocket Travel. Prior to this, they worked at ArrowStream as the Director of Engineering Delivery and Operations, where they successfully launched a mobile app and improved sprint delivery by 12%. From 2009 to 2022, Joseph worked at HAVI, holding roles such as Global Category Tech Partner and Business Solutions Technology Manager. During this time, they partnered with the business to create tech roadmaps, delivered solutions, and managed relationships with internal teams and vendors. Before that, Joseph worked at Alliance Consulting as a Quality Assurance Project Manager, where they supervised a large team and implemented automation testing. Joseph also served as a Product Manager at The Library Corporation and held positions at Capgemini, Mahindra British Telecom, and Mphasis BFL, where they gained experience in functional leadership, project management, and testing.

Joseph Nemani obtained their M.Sc degree in Computer Science from Andhra University from 1998 to 2000. Joseph also completed a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same institution during the same time period.
