David Silverstein has extensive experience in the field of intellectual property law. David is currently serving as the Vice President of Intellectual Property at Rocket Pharmaceuticals since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider LLP as a Partner from December 2015 to January 2023. Before that, they held the position of Senior Director of Intellectual Property at Par Pharmaceutical from 2010 to 2015. David also worked as a Senior Associate at Kenyon & Kenyon from 2008 to 2010, as well as an Associate at Wall, Marjama & Bilinski from 2006 to 2007. David'scareer in intellectual property law started at Fish & Neave IP Group of Ropes & Gray LLP, where they worked as an Associate from 2003 to 2006.

David Silverstein's education history begins in 1993 when they enrolled at The University of Georgia. David pursued a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and completed their studies in 1997. Following this, they continued their academic journey at Cornell University from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Chemistry. In 2000, David attended Duke University School of Law for three years and graduated with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in 2003, specializing in Law.
