Melanie Tomazin is an experienced talent acquisition professional with extensive expertise in full-cycle recruiting and strategic sourcing across various sectors, particularly in aerospace and defense. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead at Rocket Lab since February 2022, Melanie previously held multiple senior roles at Northrop Grumman from February 2016 to February 2022, where key responsibilities included facilitating training, managing recruitment processes for technical roles, and supporting talent retention initiatives.
