Markus Schygulla is an accomplished aerospace engineer with extensive experience in mission analysis, trajectory design, and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Mission Analysis Engineer at Rocket Factory Augsburg since April 2022, Markus specializes in rocket and spacecraft optimization, satellite deployment strategies, and collision avoidance. Previous roles include System Analysis Engineer at IABG and a researcher at the University of Stuttgart, focusing on hypersonic boundary layers and combustion chamber flows. Markus holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Stuttgart and has held leadership positions such as Vice President of AkaModell Stuttgart e.V., where achievements include winning the AirCargo Challenge 2017.
