Iván Rodríguez has a strong background in information technology and support roles. Iván is currently working as an Information Technology Administrator at Rock Solid Technologies, Inc. since August 2021. Previously, they worked at Optum as a Desktop Support Supervisor from August 2020 to August 2021, and as an Assoc Tech Support Analyst from April 2018 to August 2020. Before that, they held the role of IT Specialist at Triple-S from October 2008 to March 2018.

Iván Rodríguez earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Universidad Metropolitana from 2002 to 2008. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2008, they obtained a minor's degree in Computer Science from the same institution. In addition to their degrees, Iván Rodríguez obtained certifications in CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ from CompTIA in December 2009.
