Holly Whelan serves as the HR / People & Capability Manager at Rock Power Connections Ltd since November 2023, focusing on strategic HR management, talent management, organizational development, employee wellbeing, engagement, and employee relations. Prior to this role, Holly was with JCB for nearly a decade, progressing from HR Administrator to Senior HR Business Partner, specializing in employee relations within a trade unionized environment. Earlier experiences include positions at learndirect Limited as an Apprenticeships Employment Support Officer and in recruitment roles at REED and jjFOX. Holly holds several qualifications from the University of Staffordshire in Human Resource Management and Human Resource Practice, along with a Bachelor of Sociology from The University of Manchester.
