Jacob Rowland is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership, project management, and business development. Currently serving as the Location Pastor at Rock City Church since July 2020, Jacob previously held the role of Business Development Lead at API3, where responsibilities included evaluating and implementing business development practices. Jacob’s earlier experience includes project and operations management at Rise Brands, overseeing multiple new store launches and developing management training programs. With a foundational career in IT recruitment at TEKsystems and entrepreneurial experience as a Managing Partner at Alexandria's Findlay, Jacob has demonstrated a strong ability to connect organizational needs with talent while fostering growth and operational excellence across various sectors. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The University of Findlay.
