Lauren Goetz is a Director at Rochester Women's Network. Prior to that, they were a Portfolio Accountant at THE CABOT GROUP from October 2014 to April 2016. In that role, they were responsible for the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages of multiple residential and commercial properties. Lauren also worked closely with on-site properties managers to ensure accurate accounting of all aspects of general accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, capital expenditures, fixed asset additions and budget preparation. Lauren also prepared CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations for various commercial clients, analyzed utilities, security deposits and other property management related items, and worked closely with commercial tenants regarding questions about their accounts.

From February 2009 to October 2010, Lauren was a Senior Staff Accountant at Jewish Senior Life of Rochester. In that role, they were responsible for various aspects of general accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, capital expenditures, fixed asset additions and budget preparation. Lauren also prepared CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations for various commercial clients, analyzed utilities, security deposits and other property management related items, and worked closely with commercial tenants regarding questions about their accounts.

Before that, Lauren was a Recruitment Specialist at Hire Integrity, Inc. Professional Search & Recruitment from September 2007 to February 2009. In that role, they were responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the company. Lauren also conducted interviews with candidates and assisted in the offer process.

Lauren Goetz majored in accounting at St. Bonaventure University, where they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree.
