Lisa Sandlin has extensive experience in service coordination and case management, currently serving as a Senior Service Coordinator at the Rochester Housing Authority since November 2003, focusing on services for senior and disabled populations. Previously, Lisa worked as a Case Manager, specializing in self-sufficiency assessments and community service coordination. Prior to that role, Lisa was a Customer Service Representative at Progressive Neighborhood Credit Union, where responsibilities included membership recruitment and financial literacy initiatives. Lisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Medaille University, along with additional education from Monroe Community College and SUNY Empire State College.
