Sol Silvestre Marsinyach is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical product management and project leadership across various companies, including Roche, Capgemini, and Hewlett-Packard. Currently serving as a Technical Product Manager at Roche since February 2019, Marsinyach has also held multiple key roles such as Release Train Engineer, Digital Delivery Lead, and Scrum Master within the Global Digital Hub. Prior experience includes managing cloud projects as a Project Manager/PMO at Capgemini and overseeing project lifecycles at Hewlett-Packard, where roles spanned from PMO Manager to Project Manager for IT consulting in the Andean region. Marsinyach’s educational background includes an MBA from Universidad Metropolitana and leadership programs from Capgemini International University.
