Raluca Grosu serves as the Global Head of Rewards at Roche since April 2013, with previous roles including EMEA Rewards Regional Lead, Head of Global Support for Total Rewards, and Global Compensation and Performance Management Lead for Europe. Prior to Roche, Raluca Grosu worked at Deloitte Switzerland from February 2006 to April 2013, advancing from Consultant to Human Capital Advisory Manager. Earlier experience includes a position as an HR generalist at PricewaterhouseCoopers from January 2005 to February 2006. Raluca Grosu holds an MBA in Finance & General Management from Central European University and a Master in Human Resources from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative, complemented by a degree from the University of Bucharest.
