Mary Ann Loja, MA, MBA, is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving in a global design and curation role focused on people and culture at Roche since March 2022. As a co-founder of Alon Akademie, Mary Ann Loja aims to reimagine education for underserved communities by teaching principles of entrepreneurial mindset and global citizenship. Previously, Mary Ann Loja held various leadership positions within Roche, including Pharma International Learning and Development Lead, and has extensive experience at DHL in regional talent and development. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master of Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management and University of Cologne, alongside a Master's in Organizational Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University.
