Marek Kucharski is an experienced Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and SAFe specialist currently employed at Roche since July 2022, while also serving as a Project Manager and Agile Leader at Agora SA since December 2018. As the owner of MANAGEUM since May 2018, Marek provides independent consulting, agile transformation coaching, and interim management services. Previous roles include CIO and Vice President of the Board at ING Usługi dla Biznesu S.A. from 2012 to 2018 and Business Development Director at ING Bank Slaski from 2006 to 2011, where innovative banking solutions were developed. Additional experience includes positions at Capgemini, Nationale-Nederlanden Poland, and Orhmet SC. Marek holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and Computer Technologies from Warsaw University of Technology, obtained in 1997.
