Currently serving as the APAC Digital Transformation Lead at Roche Information Solutions since June 2022, Leon focuses on delivering personalized healthcare solutions through innovative digital tools. Prior to this role, Leon held significant positions at Amazon Web Services, including Healthcare & Life Science Tech Lead for Asia Pacific & Japan, where strategic cloud solutions were developed for healthcare clients. Experience also includes serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Strateq Group Of Companies, leading a major healthcare system overhaul, and building the IT department from the ground up at UM Specialist Centre Sdn Bhd.
