Elvira Senent Ubeda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and project management, currently serving as a Solution Train Engineer and Release Train Engineer at Roche since January 2015. In this role, Elvira leads an Agile Release Train comprising six scrum teams, focusing on program increment execution and continuous improvement to drive high team performance. Previous roles include Software Project Leader, Scrum Master, Analyst Programmer at Cotecna and Sogeti, and Senior Software Developer at Ford Motor Company. Elvira obtained a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad de Valencia from 2001 to 2008.
