Avaleigh Milne is a seasoned professional in business development with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Business Development Strategy & Practice at Roche since March 2024, Avaleigh has previously held significant roles within Roche, including Head of Business Development for Pharma Research and Early Development and Oncology Basel Site Head in Pharma Partnering. Prior experience includes positions at Genentech in business development for Immunology & Infectious Disease, and leadership roles at GenapSys, Inc., Millennium Pharmaceuticals, and Atlas Venture. Avaleigh's educational background includes an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPhil in Bioscience Enterprise from the University of Cambridge, and an A.B. in Environmental Science and Public Policy from Harvard University.
