Andreana Dereniak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the healthcare and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as Vice President - Lifecycle Leader for Point of Care Molecular at Roche since 2020, Andreana has a strong background in business strategy and commercialization from a previous position at Abbott Diabetes Care from 2019 to 2020. During a 15-year tenure at Abbott Diabetes Care, various roles included Head of Business Development & Strategic Alliances, Sr. Director of Marketing, and Director of Strategic Marketing for Latin America. Prior experience includes consulting at Booz & Company and an independent consultancy role at Converse. Early in the career, Andreana held merchandise management positions at The North Face, focusing on global planning and category management strategies. Andreana holds a Bachelor of Science from Stanford University, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and education from SDA Bocconi.
