Dr. Wesley Tensel is a distinguished medical professional with extensive experience in general practice and sports medicine. As a co-founder of Prestige Private Health Ltd since October 2021 and a senior GP partner at Premier Health Team since July 2019, Dr. Tensel contributes to a CQC-rated OUTSTANDING GP surgery. Additionally, Dr. Tensel serves as the club doctor for Rochdale AFC, overseeing the medical management of professional football players. Previous roles include partnership at Wellfield Medical Centre from April 2014 to July 2019 and working as a doctor in the NHS from August 2008 to July 2013. Dr. Tensel completed a medical degree at the University of Cambridge, attending from 2002 to 2008, after graduating from St. Bede's College, Manchester in 2002.
