Belinda Schurink currently serves as the Directeur HR at ROC van Twente since June 2023 and has been the Voorzitter Raad van Toezicht at Stichting Weekendschool since May 2014, focusing on expanding opportunities for youth. As a member of SER Topvrouwen since January 2020, Belinda contributes to the advancement of women in leadership. Previously, Belinda operated as a Directeur / Interim Manager in various strategic roles from July 2004 to June 2023, effectively guiding organizations through challenging transitions. Belinda also held positions such as Voorzitter of the board at Stichting Kringloop bedrijf De Beurs, Vice Voorzitter of MKB Twente, and bestuurslid at Humanitas, further demonstrating leadership in community initiatives. Educational credentials include a Chief Happiness Officer certification from Erasmus University Rotterdam and comprehensive studies in financial planning and organizational culture.
