Matthew Ferrier has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Matthew started their career as an IT Support Engineer at DXC Technology in May 2013 and worked there until September 2018. In October 2018, they joined Roc Technologies as an IT Support Technician and later transitioned to the role of Network Engineer in June 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Network Engineer at Roc Technologies, starting from May 2023.

Matthew Ferrier completed their Higher National Certificate in Computer Engineering at the University of Highlands and Islands from 2011 to 2012. Matthew also obtained several certifications, including Understanding of Cisco Network Devices and CCNA from Cisco in February 2020, and SBC Edge Implementation & Support Professional from Ribbon Communications in December 2021. Additionally, Matthew achieved the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) certification in February 2020.
