Hani ElMalky has a diverse work experience. Hani started working as Vice President at SwAniD Initiative Center from February 2014 to December 2015, where they were responsible for events management and coordination with different departments in the university. Hani then became the Technical Co-Founder of RADI in October 2016. As a Technical Co-Founder, Hani was responsible for building the server side of the application, website, and database administration using Node JS & Firebase. Hani also contributed to coding some parts of the Android application. Currently, Hani is an iOS Engineer at Robusta Studio, starting from January 2022.

Hani ElMalky obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Umm Al-Qura University, studying from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Mansoura University from 2012 to 2013. Hani also completed their high school education at El Hoda Wel Nour School, where they obtained a High School diploma from 2003 to 2012. Hani has an additional certification called the Graduation Certificate from Umm Al-Qura University, although the specific details regarding the month and year of obtaining it were not provided.
