Jessica Martin, MAEd/Cl has over 13 years of professional experience in various roles. Jessica began their career in 2008 as a Senior Business Analyst at Apollo Education Group, where they assisted the team with Oracle R12 upgrade and managed a 10-member Oracle Team in creating new integrations, data flows, processes, error handling, reporting, and reconciliations with a new and integrated financial aid system software. In 2014, they became a Senior Systems Analyst at EDMC and a Senior Business Analyst at Ports America. In 2020, they joined PRO Unlimited as a Senior System Analyst and in 2021, they began working as a Sr. Client Strategy Analyst at Robots and Pencils.

Jessica Martin holds a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Phoenix, with a concentration in Curriculum & Instruction, which they obtained in 2008. Jessica also holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained in 2006.
