Cathy Bergeron has extensive experience in customer service, sales operations, and team management, currently serving as Team Leader of Customer Service at Robotiq since January 2016. In this role, Cathy oversees team performance, individual development plans, coaching, and budget management while also addressing emerging client needs and enhancing service delivery. Prior to Robotiq, Cathy held various positions at Normand Inc. and JBR La Maison du Papier, where responsibilities included sales coordination, customer support, and market analysis. Cathy holds a Bachelor's degree in Consumer Sciences with a focus on Resource Management and a Certificate in Administrative Sciences from Université Laval.
