Jack Waterfield has extensive experience in service and support roles, currently serving as Service Lead at Robiquity since April 2021, following positions as Senior Service Analyst and RPA Service Analyst. Prior to Robiquity, Jack worked at HILL STEELS LIMITED from October 2017 to March 2023 in roles such as Warehouse Operative and Accounts Assistant. Additionally, Jack has experience in information technology from Li & Fung Limited, where responsibilities included Information Technology Administrator and Support Analyst from September 2018 to April 2021. Jack holds A Levels in Chemistry, Biology, Geology, and Core Mathematics from Priestly College, attended from 2016 to 2018.
