Elza V. is an accomplished senior recruiter with extensive experience in human resources. Currently employed at Robidus since June 2021, Elza previously held roles as a recruiter at the same company and completed a graduation internship at Koninklijke Verkade nv from September 2020 to May 2021. Earlier experiences include HR internships at Tata Steel and ARTIS | Natura Artis Magistra in 2018, as well as a brief internship in the HR department at Projob in early 2017. Elza holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resource Management from Hogeschool Leiden and a degree in HR Analytics from Avans+.
