Annelies van der Scheun has extensive experience in human resources and account management, currently serving as a Key Account Manager at Robidus since April 2016. In this role, Annelies is responsible for managing significant clients and optimizing their use of legal regulations related to absenteeism. Prior to Robidus, Annelies held various managerial positions at USG People from November 1999 to April 2016, including Operational Manager HR Flex and regional management roles, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing absenteeism guidance and ensuring client satisfaction. Annelies began a professional career in recruitment at Unique uitzendburo, progressing through several roles from intercedente to sales-executive from 1987 to 1998. Annelies holds a degree from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, with additional training from GITP and ETOP.
