Austin Renforth is a retired Major General of the United States Marine Corps, with a distinguished career spanning from 1982 to 2023. They have served in various leadership positions, including Commanding General at multiple units, and Chief of Staff at NORAD & US Northern Command. Currently, Austin is a Senior Advisor at Roberts & Ryan and holds board positions with several organizations including the Desmond Doss Foundation and the Foundation for Women Warriors. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Math from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Science in Management from Troy University.
