Taylor Long, MBA, currently serves as the Bulk Projects and Service Manager at Roberts Oxygen Company, Inc. since October 2021. Previously, Taylor held various roles at Airgas from June 2015 to October 2021, including Area Operations Manager and Plant Manager, overseeing a large compressed gas plant with a production capacity exceeding 225,000 cylinders annually and ensuring compliance with ISO 9000 guidelines. Taylor successfully transformed an underperforming facility into a best-in-class operation and focused on reducing costs while maintaining service levels as Assistant Plant Manager. Taylor began a career in operations through an Operations Management Trainee position, aimed at gaining expertise in plant efficiency improvements. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
