Monique Shaw, PhD, MPH, CHES, currently serves as a Senior Program Officer at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation since September 2019 and is a Founding Member of Level, a multiracial network dedicated to racial equity through angel investing and action-oriented discussions. Monique's academic involvement includes being MPH Teaching Faculty at the University of Pennsylvania since August 2018 and previously holding roles such as MPH Program Coordinator at the same institution and Assistant Program Director at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Earlier experience includes managing outreach projects to enhance awareness of intellectual disabilities at Philadelphia Coordinated Health Care and coordinating public health preparedness outreach efforts at the Philadelphia Department of Public Health. Monique holds a PhD in Health Policy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, a Master's of Public Health from Drexel University, and a Bachelor's of Science from Howard University.
