David Bower is the Chief Financial Officer at Robert Walters since September 2023. Prior to this role, Bower served as Group Chief Financial Officer at HomeServe plc from February 2017 to June 2023, where responsibilities included being a strategic partner to the Founder and Group CEO, as well as overseeing Health & Safety and Environmental matters. Bower also held the position of Group Finance Director / European CFO at HomeServe plc from November 2010 to February 2017, managing the Group's finance agenda. Earlier experience includes serving as Group Accounting & Tax Director at Homeserve from March 2005 to October 2010 and as Audit Director at Deloitte LLP from 2002 to 2005. Bower began a career at Arthur Andersen, progressing to Senior Manager from 1993 to 2002. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Loughborough University and an Executive MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School.
