Charles Lozano is a seasoned professional in talent sourcing and recruitment, currently serving as the Talent Sourcing and Admin Lead for Southeast Asia at Robert Walters since September 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Hire With Jarvis, where Charles held the titles of Associate Talent Delivery Director and Senior Talent Delivery Partner, focusing on placing SaaS professionals in the USA and Canada. Previous positions at Korn Ferry, Convergys, and SYKES have further honed expertise in talent acquisition and sourcing. Charles holds a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and has additional coursework in Broadcast Communication from Lyceum of the Philippines University.
