Tim Kruis has a diverse and extensive work experience in the financial industry. Tim is currently the Head of Institutional Sales Netherlands at Robeco, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, from June 2021 to May 2023, they served as the Head of Institutional Advisory at Record Asset Management.

From June 2017 to June 2021, Tim was the Head of Institutional Business Development Benelux at Invesco EMEA. Before that, they were the Head of Institutional Business Development Netherlands at Amundi from November 2013 to May 2017.

Tim's earlier roles include being the Head of European Marketing at City of London Investment Group from June 2011 to November 2013. Tim also worked at Capital Dynamics as a Director from September 2010 to June 2011, and as a Director at Robeco Investment Management from October 2005 to February 2009.

Tim began their career as a Sell-side Equity Analyst at Kempen & Co from 1999 to 2000.

Tim Kruis completed their Gymnasium degree at Beekvliet. Tim then pursued a Master's in Business Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam, which they completed between 1990 and 1996. Later, from 1999 to 2001, Tim attended VU Amsterdam, where they earned a CEFA degree.
