Mart Postma has over 20 years of work experience. Mart began their career in 2001 at Robeco, starting as a Junior Client Service Officer and gradually moving up the ranks. Mart held various roles such as Accounts Payable, Junior Officer Operational Management, and Senior Officer Operational Management. In 2006, they became a Senior Client Service Officer and later transitioned to Manager Client Service Team in 2010. Mart then took on positions as a Senior Technical Product Manager, Senior Strategic Product Development Manager, and Head of Product Delivery. Currently, they are the Director of Strategic Client Solutions at Robeco, where they focus on business development in an international context, particularly in product packaging, bespoke and multi-client solutions, servicing concepts, target operating models, and regulatory developments. Additionally, Mart served as the Chair of Robeco Pension Fund's Accountability Committee. In 2018, they joined the Board of Directors at Robeco Luxembourg S.A., holding this position until 2020.

Mart Postma attended middelharnis from 1989 to 1996, where they obtained a VWO degree. Following that, they studied Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1996 to 2005. In 2008, Mart participated in the Robeco Young Talents Development Programme for a period of two years.
