Steve Jakubowski is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in bankruptcy and corporate restructuring. Currently a Shareholder at Robbins DiMonte, Ltd. since December 2012, Steve's career includes roles as a Partner at Levenfeld Pearlstein, where representation of creditors' committees took precedence, and as a Member at Coleman Law Firm, which featured the creation of the first bankruptcy blog with over one million unique visitors. Previous leadership positions include Chairman and CEO of Commonwealth Snacks, Inc. and Chief Operating Officer of Magic Restaurants, Inc., both appointed by bankruptcy courts. Steve's background also encompasses roles at notable law firms such as Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Steve holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Middle East Studies from Union College.
