Pieter de Jong is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as COO a.i. at Roadsoft since July 2024 and as a ScaleUp Pro at ScaleUp Company since April 2024, Pieter focuses on facilitating healthy growth in organizations through proven growth trajectories and personal coaching. Pieter previously held the position of CEO at Twelve from 2017 to October 2024, where an ambitious team developed operational solutions to enhance payment convenience at events. As a co-founder and non-executive at ClubCollect and Sollidd BV, Pieter contributed to innovative ticketing and payment platforms. Additional experience includes co-ownership roles at Bidly and involvement with several organizations such as APOC Aviation and Le Credit Sportif. Pieter holds an MSc in Economics from Utrecht University and has participated in specialized board member programs at ScaleUpNation and Scaleup Company.
