Buti Almansoori has extensive experience in managerial roles focused on innovation, competitiveness, and partnerships, currently serving as the Manager of Innovation & Competitiveness at the Roads and Transport Authority since August 2019. Prior positions include Partnerships Manager and Chief Specialist at the same organization, as well as Excellence Programs Manager at Dubai Airports from May 2017 to August 2019. Almansoori's career also includes significant contributions to Dubai Police HQ as Head of Leadership Performance Section and Head of Special Training Section from November 2011 to May 2017. Educational qualifications comprise a Master’s Degree in Innovation and Change Management from Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from the American University in Dubai, and a foundational education at Rashid School for Boys and Dubai National School.
