Shannon Oster is a seasoned professional in sales and business development with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Coach at RoadRunner since January 2021, Shannon has held various roles including Sales Coach/Inside Sales Manager and Business Development Representative II. Prior experience includes serving as a Regional Leader Partner at Primerica from November 2016 to December 2023, specializing in financial independence and protection. Earlier in the career, Shannon worked as a Professional Relations Coordinator at SightLine Laser Eye Center and Ophthalmic Associates, where rapport was developed with Optometrists in the tri-state area and an annual Continuing Education Program for 150 doctors was organized. Shannon holds a Master of Science in Journalism from West Virginia University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, focusing on American Politics and Policy.
