Ralph Cheng has extensive work experience in the field of DevOps and site reliability engineering. Their most recent role was as a Site Reliability Engineer at Roadie, where they focused on architecting EKS clusters, developing terraform and helm/kustomize projects, provisioning EKS cluster upgrades, creating Kubernetes manifests, configuring metrics servers, and managing various AWS services. Prior to this, Ralph worked as a DevOps Engineer at Variant and Paya, where they gained experience in DevOps engineering and QA analysis. Ralph Cheng obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Kennesaw State University, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. Ralph later pursued further education and is currently enrolled at the Georgia Institute of Technology, working towards a Masters of Computer Science degree. The expected completion of their studies at Georgia Tech is in 2024.
