Maria Waring is an experienced compensation professional currently serving as Associate Director of Compensation at Ro since June 2021, previously holding the position of Senior Manager of Compensation. Prior to Ro, Maria worked at Xandr from August 2018 to June 2021 as Senior Manager of Compensation and Senior Compensation Analyst.
