Charu Raghu Gee is a seasoned professional in the healthcare sector with extensive experience in provider and digital health management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager for Provider Experience at Ro since January 2021, Charu oversees critical operational workflows related to product, training, quality, and staffing. Prior to this role, Charu was a Project Leader in Digital Health at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, where leadership capabilities were demonstrated in the development of remote patient monitoring programs across various health domains. Charu's earlier career includes positions as a Finance Fellow at Kaiser Permanente, Special Projects Associate and MBA Fellow at Rock Health, a Patient Engagement Technology Intern at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, and a Senior Associate at Triage Consulting Group. Charu's educational background includes an MBA and an MPH in Health Care Management from Yale, as well as a BA in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley.
