John McKay, MBA, possesses extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development, currently serving as President of Sales and Chief Development Officer at RNWBL since October 2017. Prior roles include Chief Development Officer, Vice President of Business Development at both RNWBL and IWS, and Vice President of Operations at Gearbox Express. John also has a background in coaching, having served with the Mukwonago Braves Football Association and the West Texas Youth Football Association. In addition, John founded the Merkel City Music Hall and held various positions at The AES Corporation, BP, and the United States Marine Corps. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Global Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management from American Military University, complemented by a Green Belt in Six Sigma.
