Ricardo Tombi is a seasoned professional with 28 years of experience in various roles, including Global Services Director and Network Engineer, specializing in optical networks and network systems. Currently serving as an engineering consultant at RNP and as an ambassador for the Open Networking Foundation in Brazil, Ricardo has also held positions as a postgraduate coordinator and professor at multiple institutions, including Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia and Universidade São Judas Tadeu. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Engineering, an MBA in Administration, and ongoing PhD studies in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications at USP, complemented by several post-graduate degrees in related fields.
